Our collection brings together knitwear, jackets, vests and dresses for small dogs. We aim to make browsing straightforward: clear product information, practical sizing guidance and styles that can become part of an everyday routine. Each product page is the place to check the specific fabric, construction, size options and care information for that garment.

junagent is a retail brand operated by the company identified above. A brand name, our business registration location and a garment’s manufacturing origin describe different things. We do not present our US customer service number as evidence of a US business headquarters.

Good style starts with the right fit

Two dogs with a similar weight can have very different proportions. Before ordering, measure the chest around its widest point, the neck where the garment sits and the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Compare those measurements with the chart for the individual item, rather than relying only on breed, weight or a size bought elsewhere.

Clothing should allow comfortable breathing, free movement and normal toileting. Some dogs enjoy a light layer; others are more comfortable without one. Always put your companion’s comfort first.

Clear information, considered choices

• We identify the available size and color choices on each product page.
• The price, shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
• Our order policies explain what happens after checkout and how to request help.
• Material, performance and care claims belong to the specific item described; they do not automatically apply to the whole collection.

Photography helps communicate shape, color and styling. Lighting and screen settings can affect color appearance, and props shown in lifestyle images are not included unless the product description says otherwise.

From checkout to the first size check

Orders generally take 1–3 business days to process. After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–15 business days. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. These are separate stages; please read our Shipping Policy for details and delay handling.

For eligible items, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Keep the garment unwashed, unsoiled and in its original condition with tags attached. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the process and who pays return postage.
