Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the operator of junagent handles personal information when you browse the Shopify storefront, place an order or contact customer service. Optional tools and data uses depend on the services actually enabled in the store.
Who is responsible for the store’s information?
Hubei Litengyan Network Technology Co., Ltd. operates junagent and is the contact for store-related privacy requests. Contact service@junagent.com or +1 (213) 263-2066 . Our registered address appears at the end of this policy.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Payment providers and some other service providers may also handle information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices. This store policy does not replace those notices.
Information involved in shopping and support
- Contact and delivery information: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses you provide.
- Order and transaction information: items, selected size or color, amounts, discounts, order status, delivery details, returns and refund records.
- Payment-related information: transaction references, payment status and payment-method information supplied through the checkout and payment provider. Full payment credentials are handled through the payment process; please do not send them to customer service.
- Support information: messages, photos and order details you choose to provide. If you seek sizing help, this may include your dog’s measurements.
- Account or preference information: account details and choices you provide if the relevant account or preference feature is available.
- Device and interaction information: information generated by the storefront and its enabled services, such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, pages viewed and checkout interactions.
- Marketing preferences: signup and unsubscribe choices where you choose to receive marketing.
We receive information directly from you and, where necessary for an order, from payment, shipping, platform and support services. The exact optional tracking data depends on the tools enabled and your choices. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for a request.
Why information is used
- To operate the storefront, remember cart functions where supported and complete transactions.
- To verify payment and order details, prepare shipments, provide order updates and handle returns or refunds.
- To answer product and sizing questions and resolve delivery or product concerns.
- To prevent fraud, investigate misuse, maintain records and meet applicable legal duties.
- To understand and improve storefront performance where analytics is enabled.
- To send marketing you have chosen to receive, and carry out permitted advertising activities where those tools are enabled.
Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: performing a purchase agreement, meeting a legal obligation, an appropriate legitimate interest subject to applicable limits, or consent where required. Marketing or non-essential tracking consent is not treated as a condition for receiving an order you have paid for.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information needed to run the store may be disclosed to Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment and delivery providers, customer support providers and professional advisers. Each receives information relevant to its function. Optional email, analytics or advertising providers receive data only as connected to the tools actually used and subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a valid legal requirement, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or handle a business transaction such as a reorganization subject to appropriate protections. We do not describe the absence of a cash payment for data as proof that no activity can be a legal “sale” or “sharing.” Advertising-related disclosures can fall within those definitions under some laws.
Cookies, pixels and optional advertising
The storefront uses technologies needed for shopping, checkout and security. Depending on enabled services, optional technologies may support analytics, personalization or advertising. Browser settings can limit cookies, though some shopping functions may be affected. Available consent controls should reflect the store’s current tools.
Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential tracking, that tracking must be subject to the relevant consent choice. Where applicable law provides a sale, sharing or targeted-advertising opt-out, you can make that request using the contact method in Your Privacy Choices and any privacy controls available on the storefront.
Shopify may process some information independently for its own services. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy . If Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for this store, Shopify may combine information from interactions with this store and other merchants or Shopify services to improve services, including advertising-related features, subject to applicable terms and customer choices. Shopify’s privacy portal provides information and controls for its own processing.
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting us. Marketing choices do not prevent essential messages about orders, refunds, security or a support request. If a text-message marketing program is introduced, its specific consent and unsubscribe terms must be disclosed at signup; this policy does not itself enroll you in one.
International handling and retention
The operator is registered in China, and Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries. Personal information can therefore be handled outside your state or country. Where applicable, required transfer safeguards apply; you may contact us about the handling of your information.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it is handled, including order fulfillment, returns, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention and legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and applicable obligations rather than a single period for all data. Information no longer needed should be deleted or otherwise appropriately removed from active use, subject to lawful retention and backup limitations.
Your rights and how to make a request
Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some laws provide a right to appeal a request decision or complain to a regulator.
Email service@junagent.com with the request and enough information to identify the relevant interaction with the store. We may need to verify access, correction or deletion requests using proportionate information. An authorized agent can contact us where allowed. We do not require an account solely to submit a request, and an opt-out request does not require the same verification as a request to disclose personal records.
We handle requests within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful limitation, required extension or refusal. If an appeal right applies, reply to our decision with “Privacy appeal” and explain the concern. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.
California and other US state choices
If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to the business and your request, its relevant rights include knowing about collected information, access, correction, deletion and opting out of sale or sharing, subject to legal exceptions. Other state laws may also provide an opt-out of targeted advertising and certain profiling. A right to limit qualifying sensitive-information uses applies where the relevant legal conditions are met; we do not request sensitive information merely to place a routine apparel order.
For a legally applicable opt-out, contact us or use available storefront privacy controls. A valid Global Privacy Control signal must be honored where required by applicable law. Browser signals may be specific to a browser or device; an email request can help identify related information where needed. See Your Privacy Choices for the request method.
Security and children
Reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services are needed to protect personal information. No internet system can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials confidential and do not email full card information. Contact us if you believe store-related information has been exposed or misused.
The store is intended for adult purchasers, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and information removed as required.
Changes to this notice
We may update the policy to reflect changes in the store’s services, information practices or applicable requirements. The revision date will be updated. Where a material change requires notice or new consent, we will provide that rather than treating a policy edit alone as consent to a new data use.
